I'm always interested in hearing about properties that may present an investment opportunity.
I purchase houses, multifamily properties, land and other real estate, including properties that need significant repairs or renovation and properties whose condition may make traditional financing difficult.
Opportunities can come directly from property owners or through real estate agents, wholesalers and other real estate professionals.
I'm the actual end buyer—not a wholesaler. When I put a property under contract, my intention is to purchase it myself, not assign the contract to another investor for a fee. I work directly with property owners and real estate professionals to evaluate opportunities and complete purchases.

- Properties that may be difficult to finance traditionally
- Other unusual or value-add real estate opportunities

If you have a pocket or off-market listing, a property that needs substantial work, or a listing whose condition may make traditional financing difficult, I'd like to take a look at it.
I'm comfortable evaluating properties that may not fit the typical owner-occupant buyer, and my investment, development and construction experience may give me options that other buyers don't have.
